Chinese Foot Massage
In Chinese
foot-massage each spot in the sole of the foot corresponds to an
internal organ in the body. The massage begins with the pleasurable
soaking of the feet in a foot bath containing warm water and herbs
or essential oils chosen specifically for the client. This warms the
feet. After the client's feet have been rested and refreshed, a
thick layer of lotion is applied to the feet and calves; every point
of the sole is rubbed and kneaded. Applying pressure on the points
will help remove harmful matter. It is also a good way to prevent
illness.
-
Improves circulation in legs
and hands.
-
Helps boost the immune
system.
-
Stimulates lymphatic drainage
encouraging elimination of toxins.
-
Reduces stiffness and
improves flexibility.
-
Improves sleep.
-
. . . and many, many more
benefits.

Indian Head Massage
Lifts the stresses
out of your daily life and improves the condition of your hair.
Indian Head
Massage is a technique practised in India for over 1,000 years by
women who wanted to keep their hair healthy and strong.
When the scalp is
massaged the flow of blood to the follicles is stimulated, this
improves the supply of nutrients needed for healthy hair growth.
Poor blood flow is caused by stress-generated muscle tension.
The massage is performed fully
clothed and extends to neck, shoulders and upper arms and is a safe,
simple, yet effective therapy promoting hair growth and can provide
relief from aches and pains.
