About Us

RH123 is a local community website and loyalty scheme. The website offers community information and the scheme offers promotional incentives to honest, local, independent businesses, in return for offering local residents the services of these businesses and in some cases discounts and concessions, through its Gold and Silver Membership. more about RH123

It is out aim to significantly reduce the possibility of local consumers falling prey to unscrupulous 'rogue traders', such as those seen on the television programme of the same name. We hope this will be of reassurance to our local residents, particularly the elderly, and also hope that you will find the website both a useful facility, and forum for information.

RH123 Code of Conduct

All RH123 Gold Members pledge to support the following Code of Conduct:

In becoming a Gold Member of RH123 I agree to uphold the following Code of Conduct and apply its spirit in my day to day business life.

I will provide the service agreed for the price agreed and should the need to revise a price become evident I shall explain it to the customer/client BEFORE services commence unless this is not possible.

I will only provide those services I am proficient or qualified in.

I reserve the right to decide what a fair rate for my time is BUT I will make the price clear to the customer/client BEFORE services commence.

I will arrive for work/be available at the time promised wherever possible.

I will return telephone calls and emails within a reasonable time frame.

Where a customer/client is unhappy with the service received, I will make myself available to discuss any problems and do my best to attempt to resolve any issues.

I shall be reasonable and polite and respect a client's privacy and property.

I shall do my best to use environmentally and socially friendly products where economically viable.

Whilst Small Business Solutions cannot be held responsible for any work undertaken by any of the advertisers on this site, it is our aim to minimise the inherent potential risks involved in securing the services of a tradesman, by encouraging local businesses to become Gold Members, and agreeing to uphold a code of conduct. We feel that by only allowing businesses to become Gold Members on the recommendation of existing members, or by a referencing process, we will reduce the possibility for local residents of falling prey to unscrupulous confidence tricksters, such as those featured on 'Rogue Traders' and other such similar programmes. We cannot provide guarantees of satisfaction, nor assurances that you will be happy with works conducted, all we can do is improve the chances that this will be the case.
